What is an MVA?

It's the vehicle's unit number. It's on the barcode on the windshield.

Do I have to type anything?

No. Scan the windshield barcode and start taking photos. You can also type the MVA if you prefer.

What does each report show?

The MVA, the date and time, and all the walk-around photos. In the app, photos are tagged with the MVA and time, so they're easy to find.

How do I find old photos?

Scan the windshield barcode, or search by MVA, date or time.

Does the AI decide what's damage?

No, you do. In Pro, the AI flags possible new damage for review. You decide if it's damage and whether to file anything.

Does the app send accident reports by itself?

No. In Pro, a manager confirms the damage first. The report fills itself in, and you review it before emailing it to claims.

How does automatic inventory work?

In Pro, every time a cleaner scans a vehicle's MVA, it's counted in your inventory system automatically, in the background. No separate inventory walk.
